DREW IS A CROSSFIT LEVEL 1 TRAINER. HE ENJOYED PLAYING VARIOUS SPORTS GROWING UP INCLUDING FOOTBALL, BASKETBALL, BASEBALL, GOLF AND SOCCER. AFTER SPORTS, DREW EXPLORED VARIOUS BODYBUILDING AND POWERLIFTING ROUTINES BEFORE EVENTUALLY FINDING CROSSFIT.

DREW BELIEVES THAT WE CAN BECOME HEALTHIER, HAPPIER PEOPLE THROUGH PROPER EXERCISE AND NUTRITION AND BY MAINTAINING A POSITIVE MINDSET. HE HAS A SINCERE INTEREST IN HELPING PEOPLE BETTER THEMSELVES.

WHEN DREW IS NOT SPENDING TIME WITH HIS WIFE AND THREE KIDS, YOU CAN FIND HIM IN THE GYM, BIKING OR RUNNING ON THE TRAIL, ON THE GOLF COURSE, OR IN A TREESTAND.

DREW HOLDS A DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING FROM PENN STATE AND WORKS FOR THE COMMONWEALTH AS A CIVIL ENGineering
